Second Grade News
March 7-March 15

Reading:  Our genre is expository text (nonfiction).  This type of literature gives information about a topic.   We will be reading selections about different types of weather and how the weather affects us.

Sight Words:  By the end of the week your child should be able read these quickly and easily.  Please post this letter in a handy spot (on the fridge, etc.) and have your child practice reading through these words a couple of times each day.
